I wish I'd known about Foto before Photo Bloggers Month kicked off recently. We posted mainly to Bluesky and Mastodon using the hashtag #PhotoMo. Just an image today of whatever we liked.
Having the ability for these community driven hashtags to pop up seasonally in the app could really enrich and gather photographers round a particular event. (Or allow them to filter them if they weren't interested.)
There's a few Hashtags I'd like to see in the app but some of them needn't be there full-time.
[One hashtag I'd love to see full-time is #CanPubPhoto (For candid public photography). Mainly because people have begun to define street photography as anything from a photo of a street up to what it means to me... Candid Public Photography. What's the best course of action to get involved with the Beta?
Stay tuned here. We’ll post specifics after we wrap up this latest update and get approval from Apple for Public Beta release.
